八年制临床医学专业《皮肤性病学》见习教学探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨八年制临床医学专业《皮肤性病学》见习教学内容并提出策略。方法对2017年9月-2018年10月期间在本教研室见习《皮肤性病学》的60名临床医学专业八年制学生做教学分析和问卷调查。结果依托本科独立的皮肤科病区及综合性教学医院的优势,在八年制临床医学专业《皮肤性病学》见习教学开展以病房示教为主、门诊教学为辅的新模式,取得实际效果;并从教学时间、示教地点、示教模式、考核形式、临床科研和补充教学等方面做今后八年制临床医学专业《皮肤性病学》教学设想。结论八年制临床医学专业的《皮肤性病学》见习教学也要与时俱进、构建新思路。 Objective To explore the contents of Dermatology and Venereology probationary teaching for eight-year clinical medicine specialty and put forward some tentative ideas.Methods Sixty eight-year students of Dermatology and Venereology who were trainees in our department from September 2017 to October 2018 were investigated by teaching analysis and questionnaire.Results Relying on the advantages of our department’s independent dermatology ward and comprehensive teaching hospital,we have developed a new mode of probation teaching of Dermatology and Venereology for eight-year clinical medicine specialty,which is mainly based on ward teaching and supplemented by outpatient teaching,and achieved practical results.From the aspects of teaching time,teaching place,teaching mode,examination form,clinical scientific research and supplementary teaching,the teaching idea of Dermatology and Venereology for eight-year clinical medicine specialty in the future is made.Conclusion The probationary teaching of Dermatology and Venereology for eightyear clinical medicine specialty should also keep pace with the times and construct new ideas.
