儿科医学生心理韧性与负性情绪关系研究

A Study on the Relationship Between Psychological Resilience and Negative Emotion of Pediatric Medical Students

目的对儿科医学生心理韧性及负性情绪的各个维度进行调查,并对心理韧性与负性情绪的关系进行研究,用以指导儿科医学生心理健康教育及情绪管理。方法以重庆医科大学儿科医学系140名学生为样本,采取青少年心理韧性量表(27项)、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21),对不同性别及是否独生子女的儿科医学生心理韧性及负性情绪各个维度分布状况进行研究;检测心理韧性与负性情绪的相关性。结果在心理韧性的人际协助维度,男生与女生差异存在统计学意义,女生得分明显高于男生;在心理韧性的其余4个维度及负性情绪的不同维度,不同性别儿科医学生差异并无统计学意义。独生子女与非独生子女,在儿科医学生心理韧性及负性情绪各个维度得分差异无统计学意义。心理韧性与负性情绪呈明显负相关关系。结论女性儿科医学生在人际协助维度能力高于男性;而是否独生子女并非影响儿科医学生心理韧性及负性情绪是主要因素;心理韧性得分越高的儿科医学生,其负性情绪出现的可能性越小。

Objective To investigate the dimensions of resilience and negative emotions in pediatric students,and to study the relationship between resilience and negative emotions,so as to guide the psychological health education and emotional management of pediatric students.Methods A total of 140 students from the Department of Pediatrics,Chongqing Medical University were sampled,and Adolescent Resilience Scale(27 items) and Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS-21) were used to study the distribution of resilience and negative emotions in pediatric students of different genders and whether they came from one-child families or not.The correlation between resilience and negative emotions was detected.Results There were significant differences between boys and girls in the dimension of interpersonal assistance,and girls scored significantly higher than boys.In the other four dimensions of psychological resilience and different dimensions of negative emotions,there was no significant difference between different genders.There was no significant difference in the scores of psychological resilience and negative emotions between students from one-child familiesand non-one-child families.Psychological resilience is negatively correlated with negative emotions.Conclusion Female pediatric students’ interpersonal assistance dimension ability is higher than that of male students.Whether one-child family is not the main factor affecting the psychological resilience and negative emotions of pediatric students.The higher the score of psychological resilience,the lower the possibility of negative emotions of pediatric students.
