慕课+反转课堂在住培带教中的应用与探索 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨基于慕课+反转课堂教学模式在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选取本院2018年1月-2018年12月神经内科住院医师规范化培训学员共84人,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组人员采用慕课+反转课堂教学模式,对照组组人员采用传统的讲授教学模式,对比两组出科考核专业理论知识、病历质量、临床技能,并对两组人员在培训过程中对培训方法、教学效果等方面的满意度进行问卷调查。结果实验组人员出科成绩(93.014±3.252)分高于实验组(89.913±4.418)分,t=3.664;临床技能考核成绩实验组(91.913±4.304)分,高于对照组(83.913±8.790)分,t=5.298,各组间比较,P <0.01,差异有统计学意义。调查问卷对培训教师满意度、对疾病诊疗能力提高满意度、急诊急救能力满意度、专业理论知识掌握的全面性满意度等方面,问卷调查中实验组人员的评分也优于对照组。结论慕课+反转课堂教学模式在住院医师规范化培训中明显优于传统教学模式,有助于提高培训质量。 Objective To explore the effect of MOOCs and inverted class teaching model in the standardized training of resident physicians in neurological department.Methods The resident doctors selected in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,a total of 84 people,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group,the training methods were MOOCs and inverted class teaching model,and the traditional teaching methods were used in the control group.The examination of professional theory knowledge,medical record quality and clinical skills were compared in two groups.The questionnaire was conducted to the satisfaction of the training methods,the training effect of the trainer in the process of training.Results Grades of experimental group(93.014±3.252) points was higher than that of control group(89.913 ± 4.418) points,t = 3.664.The clinical skills in experimental group(91.913 ± 4.304) points was higher than that in the control group(83.913 ± 8.790) points,t = 5.298;between each group were compared,P < 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.Satisfaction of the training tachers,common diseases and difficult cases,improvement of emergency treatment ability and the clinical skill were investigated by questionnaire.The new training methods showed good results and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The training method of MOOCs and inverted class teaching model is obviously better than traditional teaching method.
