两种药物联合腹腔镜治疗巧克力囊肿效果对比

Comparison of the Effects of Two Drugs Combined With Laparoscopy on Chocolate Cysts

目的对比分析GnRH-a、孕三烯酮联合辅助腹腔镜手术治疗巧克力囊肿的临床效果。方法病例源于本院2015年1月-2019年8月期间的巧克力囊肿患者50例,均行腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗,根据所应用药物不同分两组,其中25例予以孕三烯酮治疗,纳入A组,25例予以GnRH-a治疗,纳入B组。治疗3个月后评估临床疗效;并测定血清FSH、LH及E2水平。结果治疗3个月后,B组患者总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者治疗3个月后血清FSH、LH及E2水平均下降,且B组血清FSH、LH及E2水平明显低于A组(P <0.05)。结论相较而言,GnRH-a联合辅助腹腔镜手术治疗巧克力囊肿疗效更佳,相关机制可能与GnRH-a下调血清FSH、LH及E2水平有关。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of GnRH-a and gestrinone combined with laparoscopic surgery on chocolate cysts.Methods The cases originated from 50 patients with chocolate cysts in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2019.All patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with drug treatment.According to the drugs used,they were divided into two groups.Included in group A,25 patients were treated with GnRH-a,and included in group B.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 months of treatment;serum FSH,LH and E2 levels were measured.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The levels of serum FSH,LH,and E2 decreased after 3 months of treatment in both groups,and in group B Serum FSH,LH and E2 levels were significantly lower than those in group A(P < 0.05).Conclusion In comparison,GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery for chocolate cysts is more effective,and the related mechanism may be related to Gn RH-a down-regulating serum FSH,LH and E2 levels.
