电话干预在结肠息肉患者肠道准备中的应用

目的探讨电话干预方式在拟行日间手术的结肠息肉患者术前居家肠道准备中的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月-2017年11月在本院消化内科确诊为结肠息肉,并在门诊内镜治疗中心预约,拟行结肠息肉高频电凝切除日间手术的129例患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组63例在登记预约成功后常规予以肠道准备的健康指导,并附以结肠息肉电切术注意事项告知书;实验组66例除给予对照组常规护理外,于术前3天以电话干预的方式,指导患者饮食、用药等注意事项,于术前1天以电话干预的方式,指导患者泻剂及祛泡剂的具体使用方法,并简介办理住院流程、主治医师及责任护士、手术注意事项等问题,疏导患者焦虑情绪。比较两组患者的肠道准备质量、手术成功率及患者出院满意度。结果实验组肠道准备质量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),手术成功率及患者满意度均有所提升。结论对拟行日间手术的结肠息肉患者,在居家肠道准备前,给予电话干预能显著提高患者肠道准备质量,为治疗保驾护航,提高了患者对于治疗和护理的满意度,并使有限医疗资源得以有效利用。

Objective To explore the value of telephone intervention in the preparation of colonic intestines for patients with colon polyps undergoing day-surgery.Methods A total of 129 patients with colonic polyps diagnosed in the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2017 were enrolled in the outpatient endoscopic treatment center.Randomly divided into experimental group and control group,63 cases in the control group were routinely given health guidance for bowel preparation after successful registration,accompanied by notification of precautions for colon polypectomy.66 cases in the experimental group were given routine control In addition to nursing,the patient was guided by telephone intervention three days before the operation to guide the patient’s diet,medication and other precautions.In the day before the operation,the patient was instructed by telephone intervention to guide the patient’s specific use of laxatives and foaming agents,to introduce the procedures of hospitalization,attending physicians and responsible nurses,matters needing attention during surgery,etc.And to reduce patients’ anxiety.mood.The quality of bowel preparation,surgical success rate,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of intestinal preparation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the success rate of surgery and patient satisfaction were improved.Conclusion For patients with colon polyps who are scheduled for day-surgery,telephone intervention before hospital bowel preparation can significantly improve the quality of bowel preparation,protect the treatment,and improve patient satisfaction with treatment and care.
