摘要
目的研究对股骨粗隆间骨折施行DHS内固定手术的患者进行护理干预的价值。方法抽取自2016年3月-2018年4月本院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者共计100例进行研究,随机分为施行DHS内固定手术的观察组,以及常规手术方案的对照组,两组患者均为50例。结果观察组患者的临床指标情况、生活质量评分情况以及并发症等情况显著好于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对股骨粗隆间骨折施行DHS内固定手术的患者进行科学护理干预,可以取得极佳的临床效果。
Objective To study the value of nursing intervention in patients undergoing DHS internal fixation for intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 100 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group with DHS internal fixation and the control group with conventional surgery.All patients were 50 patients.Results The clinical indicators,quality of life scores and complications of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Scientific nursing intervention for patients undergoing DHS internal fixation for intertrochanteric fractures can achieve excellent clinical results and is worth promoting.
