集束化护理对改善ICU病房非计划拔管的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Cluster Nursing on Improving Unplanned Extubation in ICU Wards

目的对集束化护理改善ICU病房非计划性拔管的临床效果进行分析。方法将医院ICU病房2017年10月-2018年9月收治的126例患者作为研究对象,按入院先后分为63例,对照组ICU病房入住期间予以常规护理,实验组予以集束化护理,对两组护理效果进行统计学分析比较。结果实验组非计划拔管发生率3.17%,低于对照组17.46%(χ~2=6.948,P=0.008);实验组ICU病房并发症发生率7.94%,明显低于对照组26.98%(χ~2=7.930,P=0.005);实验组ICU入住时间及机械通气时间明显减少,护理满意度提升,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论集束化护理对提高护理质量,减少ICU病房非计划拔管发生率有显著效果。

Objective Analysis of the effect of cluster nursing on unplanned extubation in ICU wards.Methods The 126 patients admitted to the ICU ward from October 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into 63 patients according to the admission.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received cluster nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of unplanned extubation in the experimental group was 3.17%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.46%,χ2 = 6.948,P = 0.008).The incidence of complication in the ICU ward of the experimental group was 7.94%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.98%,χ2 = 7.930,P = 0.005);the ICU staying time and mechanical ventilation time in the experimental group were significantly reduced,and the nursing satisfaction was improved,which was significantly different from the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing has a significant effect on improving the quality of care and reducing the incidence of unplanned extubation in ICU wards.
