尘肺合并肺结核行针对性护理的价值

The Value of Targeted Nursing for Pneumoconiosis Complicated With Tuberculosis

目的研究探讨尘肺合并肺结核行针对性护理的价值分析。方法研究对象为本院收治的尘肺合并肺结核患者(n=104例),研究时段为2017年1月-2018年10月,将其随机分为两组:对照组、研究组,每组各收纳52例。其中,对照组:常规护理干预,研究组:针对性护理干预,比较最终的护理效果。结果两组患者在护理干预前的SAS、SDS评分相比较,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;在护理干预后,研究组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,P <0.05;接受针对性护理干预的研究组患者的总有效率与接受常规护理的对照组患者相比,研究组明显较高,P <0.05。结论针对性护理干预措施在尘肺合并肺结核患者中的有效应用,能够在一定程度上较好的提升临床护理的效果,增强患者的护理满意度,提高生活质量,疏导负面心理情绪。

Objective To study the value of pneumoconiosis combined with pulmonary tuberculosis in targeted nursing.Methods The subjects of the study were the patients with pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis(n = 104) admitted to our hospital.The study period was from January 2017 to October 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group and study group,each group received 52 cases.Among them,the control group:routine nursing intervention,the study group:targeted nursing intervention,to compare the final effect of nursing.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing intervention(P > 0.05).After nursing intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the study group receiving targeted nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group receiving routine care,P < 0.05.Conclusion the effective application of targeted nursing intervention measures in patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis can,to some extent,improve the effect of clinical nursing,enhance the satisfaction of patients with nursing,improve the quality of life,relieve negative psychological emotions.
