摘要
目的分析人性化护理在门诊输液室护理中的作用价值,为后续护理干预提供数据参考。方法选取2016年2月-2017年2月期间本院门诊输液室的150例患者为观察对象,按照治疗时间先后分为对照组及研究组,对照组采取一般性护理,研究组采取人性化护理,比较两组护理满意度、护理质量以及患者心理状况。结果对照组护理满意度为82.0%,研究组为96.6%,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组护理不良事件发生率为11.5%,投诉率为9.8%,研究组分别为2.2%及1.1%;护理后两组患者焦虑以及抑郁状态均改善,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论门诊输液室治疗过程中采取人性化护理干预措施可降低不良事件发生率,获得患者高度认可。
Objective To analyze the value of humanized nursing in the care of outpatient infusion room,and provide data reference for follow-up nursing intervention.Methods A total of 150 patients in the infusion room of our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the treatment time.The control group took general care and the research group adopted humanization.Nursing,comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction,quality of care and psychological status of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 82.0%,and that of the study group was 96.6%.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the control group was 11.5%,and the complaint rate was 9.8%.The study group was 2.2.% and 1.1%;after treatment,the anxiety and depression status of the two groups were improved,and the study group was superior to the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing interventions in the treatment of outpatient infusion rooms can reduce the incidence of adverse events and obtain high recognition from patients.
