介绍一种自带升降作业平台的轨道旋挖车(以下简称"轨道旋挖车"),具体包括该车的用途、技术特点、性能参数和主要构成,并对多功能作业装置进行介绍,重点介绍通过作业装置转换实现接触网支柱基坑旋挖、维保物料起吊、有砟轨道轨枕快速更换和接触网日常维护保养等功能,为提升铁路天窗利用率和解决现有设备功能单一问题提供新的方案。

This paper introduces a kind of track rotary excavator with its own escalating lift platform(hereinafter referred to as "track rotary excavator "), which specifically relates to its use, technical characteristics, performance parameters and main components, and also introduces the multi-functional operation device. Focusing on the operation changeover devices, it realizes the rotary excavation of OCS post foundation pit, lifting of maintenance materials, rapid replacement of ballasted track sleepers and routine maintenance of OCS, providing a new solution for improving the utilization efficiency of railway maintenance windows and solving the single-function problem of existing equipment.
