悬挂式单轨道岔梁接口补偿装置设计

摘要 悬挂式单轨交通平移道岔梁与轨道梁接口有一定的道岔梁转辙安全间隙,这种间隙的存在使单轨列车走行面不连续,从而影响列车通过时的平稳性及安全性。文章针对此问题专门设计研发了一种接口补偿装置,该装置既满足了道岔转辙的功能需要,又使车辆走行面连续,对接口间隙起到了一定的补偿作用。 A certain turnout safety gap between interface of lateral movement turnout beam and track beam of the suspended monorail transit exists, which makes the running surface of the monorail train discontinuous, thus affecting the stability and safety when train is negotiating. This paper discusses a special interface compensation device which is designed and developed in order to solve the problem. The device not only meets the functional requirements of turnout, but also makes the running surface of the vehicle continuous, providing a certain compensation on the interface gap.
