地铁轨道工程施工质量控制与管理

Quality control and management of subway track construction

地铁轨道施工中常出现混凝土浇筑前数据处理错误、预埋件位置偏差以及混凝土浇筑等问题,而不得不进行轨道道床凿除返工。文章通过对目前地铁轨道施工及混凝土浇筑中出现问题和一些有效处理方案进行总结分析,并借鉴其他工程施工经验,提出地铁轨道施工质量控制与缺陷防治措施。

In the subway track construction, there are many problems, such as data processing error before concrete casting, position deviation of embedded components and concrete casting, etc., so the track bed has to be chiseled off and rework. Based on the summary and analysis of the existing problems in the construction and concrete casting of subway track and some effective solutions, and drawing on the experience of other engineering construction, this paper puts forward the quality control and defect prevention measures for subway track construction.
