摘要
An evaluation method was designed for reference in the experiment,which was further verified by investigating the changes of various factors,including additive amount of enzyme,washing temperature,soaking time,pH value and amylase source,etc.Based on tests and comparison,it is confirmed that this method can effectively and quantitatively evaluate the performance of amylase in detergents for hand dishwashing.
