摘要
利用连杆机构可同时传递转角和扭矩的特性,综合火炮起落部分的俯、仰运动,采用四连杆机构,构建了“扭杆-连杆机构”平衡系统。通过给定传动比、传递火炮射角与扭杆转角之间对应关系,实现重力矩与扭矩的平衡。该机构原理的平衡机结构简单、质量小,可实现大扭矩输出,且性能不受环境气温变化影响,不易疲劳、使用维修简单方便,为大口径火炮性能提升提供了可行的工程应用方案。
Using the feature of the linkage mechanism with transmission of rotation angle and torque being together,the pitching motion of the gun rotating parts was synthesized.A new equilibrator was designed with a mechanism of torsion bars and linkage based on the mechanism of four torsion bars.The torque balance could be realized by confirming the transmission ratio and the corresponding relationship of the fire angle and the torsion bars’rotation angle.The equilibrator based on this mechanism has the advantages of simple structure,small mass,large torque output,with its performance not being affected by the change of ambient temperature.It is not easy to fatigue and easy to use and maintain.It provides a feasible engineering application scheme for improving the performance of large caliber gun.
