Thera-Band训练联合多模态疼痛干预对非小细胞肺癌患者术后肩关节功能及睡眠质量的影响观察

Effects of Thera-Band Training Combined with Multimodal Pain Intervention on Postoper-ative Shoulder Function and Sleep Quality in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:研讨Thera-Band训练联合多模态疼痛干预对非小细胞肺癌患者术后肩关节功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年3月在江苏省盐城市第一人民医院心胸外科诊治的非小细胞肺癌患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组术后采用Thera-Band训练,观察组术后采用Thera-Band训练联合多模态疼痛干预的方法,2组均接受干预1个月,采用Constant-Murley肩功能评分量表(CMS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评价2组患者的肩关节功能以及睡眠质量情况。结果:干预前,2组的CMS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组CMS评分均有提高,但观察组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的PSQI各项指标评分、总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Thera-Band训练联合多模态疼痛干预能够显著改善非小细胞肺癌患者的肩关节功能,提高其睡眠质量,效果显著。

Objective:To explore effects of Thera-Band training combined with multimodal pain intervention on postoperative shoulder function and sleep quality in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Eighty-two NSCLC patients who were treated in Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery,The First People’s Hospital Of Yancheng from March 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,and 41 cases in each group.The control group was given Thera-Band training after surgery,while observation group was given Thera-Band training combined with multimodal pain intervention.Both groups were intervened for 1 month.Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Score Scale(CMS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were applied to evaluate shoulder function and sleep quality in both groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in CMS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,CMS scores in both groups were improved.However,the scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,all items scores and total score of PSQI in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thera-Band training combined with multimodal pain intervention can significantly improve shoulder function of NSCLC patients,and improve their sleep quality.The effect is significant.
