足部穴位按摩对脑卒中患者睡眠及生命质量的影响

Influence of Foot Acupoint Massage for Sleep and Quality of Life of Patients with Stroke

目的:探讨足部穴位按摩对脑卒中患者睡眠及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年4月漳州市中医院的收治的脑卒中后睡眠质量患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组实施足部穴位按摩干预,对照组给予常规干预。比较2组的睡眠质量评分(PSQI)、生命质量评分(SF-36)及干预前后的心理状况评分(SAS量表及SDS量表)。结果:观察组的PSQI各项评分均低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前2组的SAS量表及SDS量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组的SAS量表及SDS量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:足部穴位按摩对脑卒中后患者的睡眠质量具有积极的改善作用,且可缓解焦虑、抑郁程度,提高生命质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of foot acupoint massage for sleep and quality of life of patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 68 patients with sleep quality after stroke in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhangzhou City from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into observation group and control group with 34 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The observation group were given with foot acupoint massage intervention,while the control group were given with routine intervention.Then the sleep quality scores(PSQI),life quality scores(SF-36)and psychological status scores(SAS scale and SDS scale)before and after the intervention of two groups were compared.Results:The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of observation group were lower than those of control group;the SF-36 scores were higher than those of control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of two groups before intervention were compared,and there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of observation group after the intervention were lower than those of control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement role of foot acupoint massage for the sleep quality of patients after stroke is active,and it can reduce the anxiety and depression,as well as improve the patients’quality of life.
