围术期护理干预对子宫切除妇女焦虑、抑郁及睡眠的影响

Influence of Perioperative Nursing Intervention for Anxiety,Depression and Sleep of Patients with Hysterectomy

目的:探讨围术期护理对子宫切除妇女抑郁、焦虑情绪及睡眠质量的影响,为日后护理人员护理此类患者提供参考。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月南平市第一医院收治的择期行全子宫切除术的患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行围术期护理干预。比较2组患者手术前后的焦虑、抑郁量表评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数。结果:术后5 d 2组患者的VAS评分、HAMD评分及PSQI评分均较术前下降,且观察组患者的VAS评分、HAMD评分及PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期护理干预可以改善子宫切除患者的焦虑与抑郁,进而改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the influence of perioperative nursing for depression,anxiety and sleep quality of patients with hysterectomy,in order to provide reference for future nursing staff to care for such patients.Methods:A total of 96 patients with hysterectomy in First Hospital of Nanping City from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research object,and they divided into observation group and control group with 48 cases in each group by the method of random number table,.The control group were with routine nursing measures and the observation group were with perioperative nursing measures.The anxiety,depression scales and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of two groups before and after surgery were compared.Results:The VAS score,HAMD score and PSQI score of two groups at 5 thday after operation were lower than those before the operation.and the VAS score,HAMD score and PSQI score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with hysterectomy,and improve the quality of sleep,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
