音乐疗法对泌尿外科手术患者焦虑、心理压力及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Music Therapy for Anxiety,Psychological Stress and Sleep Quality of Patients with Urologic Surgery

目的:探讨音乐治疗对泌尿外科手术患者焦虑、压力及睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月南平市第一医院泌尿外科收治的择期手术患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组仅进行传统常规手术护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用音乐疗法。比较2组干预前后的焦虑(VASA评分)、压力程度(VASP评分)及睡眠质量(PSQI评分)。结果:干预后2组的VASA、VASP和PSQI评分均降低,且观察组的VASA评分、VASP评分和PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法可以明显减轻泌尿外科手术患者的焦虑情绪,缓解压力,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the improvement effect of music therapy for anxiety,stress and sleep quality of patients with urologic surgery.Methods:60 patients with elective surgery in First Hospital of Nanping City from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group by the method of random number table.The control group were only with conventional surgical routine care,and the observation group were with music therapy on the basic nursing of control group.The anxiety(VASA score),stress level(VASP score)and sleep quality(PSQI score)of two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:The VASA score,VASP score and PSQI scores of two groups after intervention were lower,and the VASA score,VASP score and PSQI scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The music therapy can significantly reduce anxiety,relieve stress and improve sleep quality of patients with urology surgery.
