心理护理与疼痛护理对子宫肌瘤患者围术期睡眠质量的影响观察

Observation on the Influence of Psychological Nursing and Pain Nursing for Perioperative Sleep Quality of Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的:分析心理护理与疼痛护理对子宫肌瘤患者围术期睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年11月福能集团总医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行常规护理加心理护理和疼痛护理。比较2组患者护理前后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分和疼痛程度评分、睡眠质量评分和对护理的满意度。结果:护理后观察组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛程度评分和睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组,对护理的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理与疼痛护理对子宫肌瘤患者围术期睡眠质量具有提升效果,并可减少患者的焦虑、抑郁心理和疼痛感,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the influence of psychological nursing and pain nursing for perioperative sleep quality of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids in Fu Neng Group General Hospital from January 2016 to November 2018 were randomly and averagely divided into control group and intervention group with 50 cases in each group.The control group were with routine nursing,the intervention group were with psychological care and pain care on the basis of routine nursing.Then the anxiety scores,depression scores and pain scores before and after the nursing,sleep quality scores and satisfaction for nursing of two groups were compared.Results:The anxiety scores,depression scores,pain scores and sleep quality scores of intervention group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,the satisfaction for nursing was significantly higher than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological nursing and pain nursing can improve the perioperative sleep quality of patients with uterine fibroids,and reduce the anxiety,depression and pain of patients,improve the satisfaction for nursing,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
