优质护理在手术室护理工作中的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响

The Application of High Quality Nursing in the Clinical Nursing Work of the Operating Room and Its Influence on the Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:探讨优质护理在手术室临床护理工作中的应用及其对患者睡眠质量的影响分析。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年10月福建省漳州市中医院收治的手术治疗患者60例作为研究对象,按护理方式分对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较护理效果及SAS、SDS、PSQI评分。结果:观察组护理满意度86.67%,高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后SAS、SDS、PSQI评分比与对照组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可以改善患者术后负面情绪、睡眠质量以及护患关系,有利于疾病预后。

Objective:To investigate the application of high quality nursing in the clinical nursing work of operating room and its effect on sleep quality of patients.Methods:Sixty cases of surgical treatment admitted by Zhangzhou central hospital in Fujian province from October 2016 to October 2018 were reviewed and analyzed.According to the nursing mode,the patients were divided into control group(30 cases of routine nursing)and experimental group(30 cases of high quality nursing).The nursing effect and SAS,SDS,PSQI scores were compared.Results:The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The difference of SAS,SDS,PSQI scores between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing can improve the patient’s negative mood,sleep quality and nursing relationship,which is beneficial to the prognosis of the disease.
