多媒体护理指导对腰椎麻醉患者认知程度、焦虑及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Multimedia Nursing Guidance for Cognitive Level,Anxiety and Sleep Quality of Patients with Lumbar Anesthesia

目的:探讨术前多媒体护理指导光盘介入对于首次接受腰椎麻醉患者的认知程度、焦虑及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月南平市第一医院收治的择期手术并接受腰椎麻醉的患者136例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组进行常规术前护理指导(书面护理指导册子),观察组至恢复室观看《手术麻醉恢复过程与护理》光盘20 min,并配合书面护理指导手册。比较2组干预前后的认知、焦虑量表(State-trait Anxiety Inventory,STAD)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)。结果:干预后观察组的认知量表评分显著高于对照组,S-AI量表评分和PSQI指数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前多媒体护理指导可以明显提高患者对腰椎麻醉的认知程度,缓解焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the influence of preoperative application of multimedia nursing CD intervention for the cognitive level,anxiety and sleep quality of patients with lumbar anesthesia for the first time.Methods:136 patients with elective surgery and lumbar anesthesia in First Hospital of Nanping City from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into observation group and control group with 68 cases in each group by the method of random number table,.The control group were with routine preoperative nursing guidance(written nursing guide booklet),the observation group went to the recovery room to watch the"Surgical Anesthesia Recovery Process and Care"CD for 20 minutes,and cooperated with the written nursing instruction manual.Then the cognitive and anxiety scale(STAD scale)scores and sleep quality index(PSQI index)of two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:The cognitive scale scores of observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of control group,the S-AI scale score and PSQI index were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preoperative multimedia nursing guidance can significantly improve the patient’s awareness of lumbar anesthesia,relieve anxiety and improve sleep quality,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
