摘要
学生发展理论自20世纪90年代被国内学者引入高等教育研究领域,产生了一系列的本土化研究成果。通过对国内学者研究成果的梳理总结,发现现有研究中还存在学生综合素质均衡发展未能得到重视、个性化培养意识不强、专业化举措不落地和缺乏系统实证调研等问题。因此,未来应充分应用学生发展影响因素,全面评估分析高校学生发展问题,鼓励学生个性化发展,构建适合中国本土的学生发展理论,进而提高高等教育人才培养质量。
Student development theory has been introduced into the research field of higher education by domestic scholars since the 1990s,which has led to a series of localized research results.After summarizing the domestic scholars research results,this paper discovers some problems:the balanced development of students’comprehensive quality has been ignored,the cultivation of individualism has not been paid enough attention,professionalism move has not been realized,sysematical empirical research has not been put into practice etc.Therefore,students’influencing factors should be fully utilized,college students development issue should be overall assessed,students’individual development should be greatly encouraged to construct localized student development theory and enhance the quality of higher education personnel training in future.
