摘要
一种碳纤维波导天线的长度较长而内腔截面积较小。采用通常的电镀方法很难在波导的内腔表面形成致密均匀的金属层。阐述了一种通过模具转移的金属化技术,既不腐蚀碳纤维波导基体,又能快速通过溶解的方式去除模具,从而在碳纤维波导的内表面形成完整光洁的金属导电层。
The length of a carbon fiber waveguide antenna is longer and the cross-sectional area of the inner cavity is smaller. It is difficult to form a dense and uniform metal layer on the inner surface of the waveguide by the conventional electroplating method. A kind of metal transfer technology by die is described, which can remove the die rapidly by dissolving without corroding the substrate of carbon fiber waveguide, thus forming a complete and smooth metal conductive layer on the inner surface of the carbon fiber waveguide.
