摘要
针对5CrMnMo钢制成的模体在使用过程中仅锻打300余件产品即在模腔根部一侧发生断裂失效的行为进行原因分析。分析结果表明,模体钢铸造熔炼中的质量控制环节不好,致使其在钢液中带入了多量的夹杂,在后续的锻打中锻造比有限,处于心部夹杂物的分布形态得不到改善,仍保留铸造时的状态,钢中树枝状结晶显微偏析未能很好地消除,这些缺陷的存在致使模体在应力状况下裂纹快速地扩展,直至完全断开。
The die body made of 5CrMnMo steel was forged for only more than 300 pieces in the using process,and the fracture failure occurred at the root side of the die cavity.The analysis results showed that body link of quality control in the smelting of steel casting was bad,cause into more quantity of inclusion in molten steel limited forging ratio in the follow-up of the forging,the distribution of the inclusion morphology was not improved in the heart,remained the state of the casting,the existence of defect of die bodies in stress state of crack expanded rapidly,until it completely disconnected.
