摘要
弹翼与弹体安装类似于铰链机构特征,在弹体上安装处底面结构的设计多为圆弧槽体,以满足弹翼安装的强度以及弹翼在展开时的旋转限位要求。机床的铣削加工会在圆弧槽底形成残留圆角,影响弹翼与弹体正常装配。针对该类零件提出包含四轴联动铣削、车削中心刨削、专用工装清根的工艺方案,实现槽底清根,满足尺寸精度且装配性好,对于小批量科研试制适用性强、经济性好,在指导同类型零件加工时具有一定参考价值。
Installation of missile wings and body was similar to hinge mechanism,installation places were mostly grooves with arc surface at the bottom of missile body,in order to ensure the installation strength of the wing and rotation limit requirement when the wing was unfolded.Because the milling process of machine tools could form residual-rounded corners at the bottom of the groove,it affected assembly of the wings and the missile.Aimed at this kind of parts and putting forward a process scheme including four-axis linkage milling,tuning center planer and special tooling root cleaning,it was realized of root-cleaning at the bottom of groove.This process scheme satisfied the requirement of the dimensional accuracy,especially it had strong applicability and good economy for small batch production of scientific research trial,and had a certain reference value for guiding the processing of similar types of parts.
