摘要
高温链式输送机被广泛使用于汽车油漆烘干室内,室内环境温度较高,设备管理人员难以对设备实时运行情况进行直观地监测,造成因监测不及时引起的输送机卡链现象频发。结合该现象以及高温链式输送机独特的链板式结构,对链条常见卡链故障进行分析,并选择电流分析法作为故障动态监控系统的理论支撑,同时建立驱动电动机与链条载荷耦合模型并加以分析与验证,最终建立可对高温链式输送机运行情况进行实时监控的远程动态监控系统。经过对该系统日常电流数据曲线的分析及总结,结合日常运行情况获取经验数据并作为预见性维保的参考,有较大的积极意义。
High temperature chain conveyor has been widely used in automobile paint drying room.Because of the high indoor environment,it was difficult for equipment managers to directly monitor the real-time operation of the equipment,also frequent phenomenon of conveyor chain jamming caused by inadequate monitoring happened frequently.Combined with this phenomenon and the unique chain plate structure of high temperature chain conveyor,the common chain faults were analyzed,and chose the current analysis method as the theoretical support of the fault dynamic monitoring system.At the same time,it was established that the coupling model of driving motor and chain load,and then the model was analyzes and verified.Finally,a remote dynamic monitoring system was established which can monitor the real-time operation of high temperature chain conveyor.Through the analysis and summary of the system's daily current data curve,and combining with the daily operation,the experience data can be obtained and used as a reference for predictive maintenance,which was of great positive significance.
