摘要 有机/无机杂化钙钛矿器件光电转换过程中的缺陷和离子迁移交叉影响是高性能钙钛矿光伏器件发展的瓶颈,研究两者对光电转换过程的作用机制是钙钛矿光伏器件领域中的关键技术。通过阐明缺陷、离子迁移与钙钛矿光伏器件光电转换的对应关系及其对载流子动力学的影响规律,揭示影响光伏器件性能的关键动力学环节。归纳出钙钛矿光伏器件中光电转换过程研究进展,介绍钙钛矿光伏器件的光电转换机理、缺陷和离子迁移的交叉影响、调控及表征,分析出缺陷和离子迁移影响器件性能的关键动力学环节,为发展高性能钙钛矿器件及其应用提供科学依据。 The defects and the cross influence of ion migration in the photoelectric conversion process of organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite devices are the bottleneck of the development of high-performance perovskite photovoltaic devices.The key technology in the field of perovskite photovoltaic devices is to study the mechanism of the two effects on the photoelectric conversion process.By clarifying the corresponding relationship between defects,ion migration and photoelectric conversion of perovskite photovoltaic devices and their influence on carrier dynamics,the key dynamic links affecting the performance of photovoltaic devices are revealed.This paper summarizes the research progress of photoelectric conversion process in perovskite photovoltaic devices,introduces their photoelectric conversion mechanism,the cross influence,regulation and characterization of defects and ion migration,analyzes the key dynamic links of defects and ion migration affecting device performance,and provides scientific basis for the development of high-performance perovskite devices and their applications.
