摘要
针对传统蒸发式冷气机空气温降有限、蒸发冷却空调机组设备庞大难以灵活布置的缺陷,提出模块化管式间接与直接蒸发式冷气机设计,其中管式间接蒸发冷却器换热管采用小管径圆管,减小设备体积,填料采用六棱体式布置,提高蒸发冷却效率。该冷气机包括三个模块,根据使用条件的不同,提出了三种不同的模块组合形式。
In view of the limitation of the air temperature drop of the traditional evaporative air-conditioner and the difficulty of flexible arrangement of the evaporative cooling air-conditioner,the modular tubular indirect and direct evaporative air-conditioner is proposed.The small-diameter round tube is adopted as the heat exchange tube of the tubular indirect evaporative cooler to reduce the volume of the equipment,and hexagonal direct evaporative packing is adopted to improve the evaporative cooling efficiency.The modular tubular indirect and direct evaporative air-conditioner consists of three modules.According to the different conditions of use,three different modular combinations are brought forth accordingly.
