一种新型管道内况检测机器人的设计

摘要 针对流体运输管道内部状况进行定期检查,设计了一种由单片机控制适用于30cm至50cm内径的管道内况检测机器人,该机器人采用旋进式运动机构,具备温湿度、特种气体浓度、光照度等多种参数检测功能,同时可对现场环境进行拍照记录。本设计能及时方便的检测管道内的具体状况并且检测范围大;不限定机器人能够进行采样的数据类型、参数种类,可由工程技术人员依据当前需求,自主改进,加装相应装置以满足测量目的。 A kind of inspection robot controlled by MCU have been designed for 30 cm to 50 cm diameter pipeline internal conditions, which is aimed at regular checks of the fluid transport pipeline. The robot is provided with screw-motion mechanism, functions to detect a variety of parameters such as the temperature and humidity, concentration of special gas, light intensity and others, moreover,it also can record working environment by photograph. This design can timely and conveniently detect the specific conditions within pipe in the large range;It does not limit the sample types of data and parameter acquired by robot, which will be improved by Engineers in need, they can set devices to meet the measure purpose.
