卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在宫缩乏力性产后出血中的作用

Effects of Carboprost tromethamine injection on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia

目的:探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在宫缩乏力性产后出血中的作用。方法:选取收治的60例经阴道分娩发生宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组予缩宫素治疗,观察组予卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效,产后出血量及大出血后止血时间,不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后出血量及大出血后止血时间均少于或短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果较好,不仅可以有效提升止血效果,也可降低产妇产后出血量,改善预后。

Objective:To investigate effects of Carboprost tromethamine injection on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods:60 cases of vaginal delivery and postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with Carboprost tromethamine injection.The clinical efficacy,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the hemostasis time after major bleeding,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the hemostasis time after major bleeding in the observation group were less than or shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia,Carboprost tromethamine injection is effective.It not only can effectively improve the hemostatic effect,but also can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the prognosis.
