基于PSR模型的土地生态安全评价——以淮北市为例

Land Ecological Security Evaluation Based on PSR Model——Taking Huaibei City as an Example

选取安徽省淮北市为例,基于PSR(压力-状态-响应)理论框架,构建土地生态安全评价指标体系,测度淮北市2008—2017年生态安全指数,评价淮北市2008—2017年土地生态安全水平,然后利用障碍度模型评估单独指标和分类指标的障碍度并诊断障碍因子,最后提出合理建议。结果表明:淮北市土地生态安全综合指数呈波动上升趋势。从分类指标障碍度来看,淮北市土地生态安全受系统压力安全和系统状态安全障碍作用比较大。从主要障碍因子来看,影响淮北市土地生态安全水平的因素主要包括污水处理率、人均耕地面积、居民用地和工矿区、每单位耕地面积使用农药数量以及每单位耕地面积使用化肥数量等。整体而言,2008—2017年淮北市安全水平已从“敏感”上升到“比较安全”。

Taking Huaibei City of Anhui Province as an example,based on the PSR(pressure-state-response)theoretical framework,the land ecological security evaluation index system is constructed,and the ecological security index of Huaibei City from 2008 to 2017 is measured to evaluate the ecological security level of Huaibei City during this period.Then using the obstacle model to evaluate the obstacles of individual indicators and classification indicators to diagnose the obstacle factors,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions.The results show that the comprehensive index of land ecological security in Huaibei City is fluctuating.From the perspective of classification indicators,the ecological security of land in Huaibei City is greatly hindered by the obstacles of system pressure and status.In terms of the main obstacles,the main obstacles affecting the ecological security level of Huaibei City include:sewage treatment rate,per capita cultivated land area,residential land,industrial and mining area,the amount of pesticide used per unit of cultivated land area,and the amount of chemical fertilizer used per unit of cultivated land area.Overall,the security level of Huaibei City in 2008-2017 has risen from“sensitive”to“relatively safe”.
