摘要 大学创新创业能力培养是国家科技创新的重要支撑。当前,大学生创新创业能力培养存在以学科竞赛为依托缺乏学科引导,培养机制以科层为主缺乏系统整合,培养手段碎片化缺乏精准权变和系统性等问题。地球与环境学院遵循学科建设与大学生创新创业能力培养目标契合、资源契合、手段契合等规律,结合学科发展方向制定大学生创新创业能力培养目标,结合学科队伍建设创建大学生创新创业指导专家团队,结合学科平台搭建创新平台提升大学生创新创业综合能力,形成了系统谋划、整体提升、精准指导的“三位一体”的创新创业教育模式,对高校开展大学生创新创业教育具有广泛的借鉴意义。 Cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students provides an important support to national scientific and technological innovation.Now,there still exists some popular problems,such as only relying on competition,non-systematic integration,inaccurate adjustment for cultivate methods.Following the laws of fitting for cultivating goals,sources,methods between discipline construction and college students’innovation and entrepreneurship training,School of Earth and Environment has developed a cultivating target on the guidance of discipline development planning,built an experts team,and constructed a platform for college students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.Furthermore,a trinity cultivating pattern of systematic planning,integrated improving and accurate conducting has been established which could be a great matter to cultivate college students’innovation and entrepreneurship.
