山西“农谷”战略背景下的“谷城院”融合路径研究

Study on the Integration of "Taigu County, City of Technological Innovation and Academy" against the Strategy of "Agricultural Valley" in Shanxi

为推进山西农业现代化发展,引领和带动全省农业转型升级,山西省委、省政府立足实际,作出在太谷县全域打造山西"农谷"的战略部署。在山西"农谷"的建设过程中,山西"农谷"科创城和山西省农业科学院要有效协作,主动服务和融入山西"农谷"战略,充分发挥各自在农业科技创新、农业高新技术服务、涉农企业孵化、农业人才培养和聚集等方面的优势,积极谋求"谷城院"一体化发展,实现"谷城院"在空间和功能上的深度融合,共同为山西现代农业发展做出贡献。

In order to promote the development of agricultural modernization, lead and drive the transformation and upgrading of agriculture in Shanxi Province, the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, based on the actual situation, have made the strategic deployment of building an "Agricultural Valley" in Taigu County,Shanxi Province.In the construction of this valley,Shanxi "Nonggu"(meaning Agricultural Valley),a city of technological innovation, and Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences should cooperate effectively, actively serve and integrate into Shanxi′s strategy of "Agricultural Valley",as well as give full play to their respective advantages in agricultural science and technology innovation, agricultural high-tech service, incubation of agricultural enterprises, cultivation and aggregation of agricultural talents. What′s more, they should both actively seek for the further integrated development of "Taigu County, City of Technological Innovation and Academy of Agricultural Sciences",especially in space and function,and jointly make contribution to the development of modern agriculture in Shanxi Province.
