摘要
全深冻结法凿井技术在解决西部富水弱胶结软岩地层井筒施工难题的同时,面临井筒次生水害的严峻挑战。钻孔环形空间水害和井筒井壁水害两类全深冻结井筒水害,极易造成重大经济损失,影响矿井建设和生产安全。结合大海则、葫芦素、红庆梁、胡家河、门克庆等西部矿区煤矿井筒冻结工程实际,介绍了全深冻结井筒次生水害防治技术,对西部矿区全深冻结井筒水害防治具有借鉴意义。
While the mine shaft sinking technology with the full depth ground freezing method was applied to solve the construction difficulty of the mine shaft in West China watery weak cemented soft rock and the mine shaft was faced with a severe challenge of the second water disaster.The water disaster from the annular space of the boreholes and the water disaster from the mine shaft liner would be the two type water disasters of the full depth freezing mine shaft,would easily cause serious economic losses and would be affected to the mine construction and production safety.In combination with the freezing construction project practices of the mine shafts in Dahaize,Hulusu,Hongqingliang,Hujiahe,Menkeqing and other western mining areas,the paper introduced the second water disaster prevention and control technology of the full depth freezing mine shafts and those technologies could provide the reference significances to the water disasters prevention and control of the full depth freezing shafts in the western mining area.
