摘要
井筒筑壁施工中,不断监测井壁温度变化,总结温度变化规律,并据以采取相应的措施,有利于保证井壁质量。针对井筒施工空间小、吊盘不断移动的特点,研发了一种抗干扰能力强、稳定性好、应用方便的无线低功耗测温系统,并在赵固煤矿风井(冻结井筒)筑壁施工中,得到了成功应用,取得了预期效果。
In the lining construction of the mine shaft,the temperature variation of the mine shaft liner was continuously monitored,the temperature variation law was summarized and the relevant measures were conducted in order ensure the quality of the mine shaft liner.According to the features of a small construction space in the mine shaft and the sinking stage continuously moved,a wireless low power consumption temperature measuring system with a high anti-interference capability,a good stability and a convenient application was researched and developed and was successfully applied in lining construction of the mine ventilation shaft(freezing shaft)in Zhaogu Mine.The expected effect was obtained.
