反井钻机破岩过程中的钻压及扭矩计算与工程应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着反井钻机机械化、智能化、安全化的发展,反井钻机钻井法在地下矿物开发、水力发电等地下工程领域,得到了越来越多的应用。基于常用的经验公式及MATLAB软件拟合公式,对反井钻机导孔钻进和扩孔钻进时的钻压及扭矩做了计算,并与实际工程数据做对比。结果表明,上述公式基本可行,为反井钻机工程应用提供了参考。 With the mechanization,intelligence and safety developments of the raise boring machine,the shaft drilling method of the raise boring machine would have more and more applications in the underground mineral development,hydropower generation and other underground engineering areas.Based on the conventional empirical formula and the fitting formula of the MATLAB software,a calculation was conducted on the drilling pressure and torque when the raise boring machine was in the pilot hole drilling and the reaming drilling.A comparison was conducted between the calculation data and the actual engineering data.The results showed that the above formulas were feasible basically and could provide the references to the engineering application of the raise boring machine.
