摘要
液压耙矸机用于矿山岩巷掘进装矸,由于装矸不连续,清理缓慢,铺轨周期长;而且放炮前,耙矸机后退到安全位置较为困难,严重制约快速掘进。针对以上弊端,改进设计一套机械化出矸系统,可广泛应用于岩巷炮掘工作面出矸,出矸速度快、用工少、劳动强度低、安全性高,推广应用前景良好。
A hydraulic scraper loader was applied to the waste rock loading from the heading of the mine rock roadway.Due to the waste rock loading was not continuous,thus the waste rock cleaning was slow and the laying period of the railway track was long.And before the operation of the blasting,the scraper waste rock loader would be difficult to go back to a safety location and a rapid heading was seriously restricted.According to the disadvantages,a mechanized waste rock discharging system was improved and designed and could be widely applied to the waste rock discharging for the blasting heading face of the mine rock roadway.The improved waste rock discharging system could have a fast waste rock discharging,a less labor required,a low labor intensity and a high safety and the promotion and application of the system would have an excellent prospect.
