摘要
带式输送机传统换带工艺采用人工控制摩擦的方式,溜放新胶带入井,不仅施工危险性大,还可能导致机架损伤胶带。阳煤集团新元煤矿主斜井带式输送机胶带更换中,采用半自动换带装置,取得了很好的效果;与传统换带工艺相比,换带速度快,施工安全性好,可靠性高。
A conventional belt replacement technology of the belt conveyor was a manual controlled frictional method with a new belt rolling in to the mine.This construction method would not only have a high danger,but would cause the belt failure by the conveyor frames.During the belt replacement of the belt conveyor in the mine main inclined shaft of Xinyuan Mine,Yangquan Coal Group,the semi-automatic belt replacement device was applied and a good effect was obtained.In comparison with the conventional belt replacement technology,the new belt replacement would have a fast belt replacement speed,a good construction safety and a high reliability.
