摘要
我国现代建筑业主要面临两个问题,即底层从业人员行业素质不高[1]和技术创新乏力。为改善这一状况,建筑自动化和机器人装配等创新策略陆续被提出。然而,建筑业是相对传统的行业,周期长,过程复杂且数字化程度低,目前的机器人装配技术还没有成熟到运用于大量的实际项目中。因此该文提出一种利用可视化图像指导建筑搭建行为的人工装配策略,为使公众能够快速建造出他们负担得起的房屋。在研究过程中,进行了材料试验和模拟结构试验,以验证其可行性和安全性。研究结果表明:该方法在低层建筑中具有一定可行性,但对不规则空间的合理利用和在大体量或高层建筑中的应用,将是今后研究中需要解决的问题。
China's modern construction industry mainly faces two problems,namely,the low quality of low-level practitioners and the lagging technological innovation.In order to improve this situation,innovative strategies like construction automation and robotic assembly were raised.However,the construction industry is a relatively traditional industry with a long construction cycle,a complex process and low digitization.At present,the robot assembly technology has not been mature enough to be used in a large number of practical projects.This paper proposes a manual assembly strategy that uses visual images to guide building construction behavior,in hope of constructing affordable residences for the public in a short time.During the research,experiments like material tests and simulated structural tests were made to check the feasibility and safety.The results proved that this method could work in small-scale buildings,but the proper usage of irregular space and application of the strategy in large-volume or high-rise buildings would be the problems to be solved in further research.
