红船精神引领下创新型青年大学生培养体系研究与实践——以嘉兴职业技术学院为例

On System of Cultivating Innovative Young College Students in the Spirit of Red Boat——A Case of Jiaxing Vocational & Technical College

红船精神的内涵是首创精神、奋斗精神和奉献精神,其中首创精神蕴含创新与进取两种精神。创新型青年大学生的培养需要富有创新、进取、奋斗和奉献精神的红船精神的引领,以弘扬创新思维、勇于创新技能的“创新精神”,创新课程体系;以发扬锐意进取,追求卓越技能的“进取精神”,创新教学方法;以发扬真抓实干,提升服务技能的“奉献精神”,创新师资素质;以弘扬勤学苦练、发奋钻研技能的“奋斗精神”,组建创新团队,从而建构一个由“内容体系+方法体系+指导体系+实践体系”组成的创新型青年大学生培养体系。

The connotation of red boat spirit is the spirit of initiative,struggle and dedication,in which the spirit of initia⁃tive contains two kinds:innovation and enterprising.The paper holds that the cultivation of the innovative young college students needs the lead of the spirit of red boat with the innovation,the progress,the struggle and the dedication to carry forward the innovative thinking,the“the spirit of innovation”of the innovative skill and the innovative course system,to carry forward the“enterprising spirit”to innovate teaching method,to carry forward the“dedication spirit”to im⁃prove the service skills and the quality of the teachers,to carry forward the“spirit of struggle”to set up an innovative and hard-working team so as to establish a training system of innovative young college students with“content+method+guiding+practice”integration.
