Challenge and Reform of Scientific Research Management in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

提升科研管理水平,对于国家创新驱动发展战略的实施、“双师型”教师队伍的建设和高水平高职院校的建设具有重要意义。目前高职院校科研管理存在重管理轻服务、重物轻人和重形式轻内容等问题与挑战,需要从管理强调服务、科研队伍强调建设和培训、机制需要完善和注重全面管理等方面做出变革。

Improving scientific research management is of great significance to the implementation of national innova⁃tion-driven development strategy,the cultivation of“double-qualified”teachers and the construction of vocational col⁃leges in the new era.There are some problems at present in the scientific research management of vocational colleges such as more emphasis on management than service,on objects than personnel,on form than content.The paper holds that it is necessary for vocational colleges to make changes from the aspects of emphasizing management service,strength⁃ening scientific research team construction and training,and perfecting comprehensive management mechanism.
