摘要
以高职院校与本科院校分段合作为基础,形成突破学历层次、培养高素质技能型人才的教学模式是职业类型教育的一种创新。政策及资金支持下的高职院校与本科院校之间人才培养方案的衔接,不仅有利于提升技能型人才的生源质量及职业教育培养质量,同时也能够改善和推进高职院校与本科院校的软硬件教学环境,提高社会对职业教育的认可度。通过对高职本科分阶段教学影响因素进行分析,旨在把握好会计专业高职本科衔接中不同过程的阶段性、阶梯型内容等,提高对接高职本科分段人才培养的实际应用效果,从而进一步促进高职与本科院校的深度合作。
It is an innovation for vocational colleges to adopt sections-integration and cooperative approach to cultivate high-quality and skilled talents based on the cooperation between vocational colleges and undergraduate universities,which will make students have professional skills and improve students’level of academic qualifications as well.The pa⁃per adopts the method of analyzing the influencing factors of phased teaching for accounting major in both vocational col⁃leges and undergraduate universities,aiming to grasp the stage characteristic,the laddered contents and the influential factors to investigate the actual teaching effect with this approach and to strengthen the deep cooperation between voca⁃tional colleges and undergraduate universities.
