文旅融合需求下的“双师”教师能力素质研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前,我国已经进入文化和旅游融合发展的新时代,需要有专业性人才队伍支撑,需要文旅“双师”教师发挥更积极的作用。文章以阿克苏地区为例,开展地方文旅专业性人才需求调查和分析,并以此为导向,构建由政治素质、职业素质、教学能力素质、专业素质、融合与创新素质构成的文旅“双师”教师能力素质模型,提出文旅“双师”教师提升自身能力素质,以更好服务文旅融合发展的建议。 China has entered a stage of integration of culture and tourism in tourism industry at present,which needs the support of professional team and talents.The tourism talents are mainly from the tourism specialty in vocational colleges in which the“double-professionally-titled”teachers play an important role in cultivating qualified tourism personnel.The paper takes Xinjiang Institute of Technology in Aksu area of Xinjiang as an example to investigate the tourism talents cultivation for cultural tourism.Based on the analysis,the author constructs a model of“double-professionally-titled”teachers’competence which is composed of political quality,professional quality,teaching ability and innovation quali⁃ty,and provides some suggestions for improving their own ability and professional quality to better serve the integration of culture and tourism.
