整合思维下的高职院校创新创业实践育人共同体构建研究

On Constructing Community of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Educating Students by Practice in Vocational Colleges in the Integrated Thinking

作为应用型人才培育供给的高职院校,如何构建创新创业实践育人共同体,深化“双创”型人才培养供给侧结构性改革,有效落实“大众创业、万众创新”国家战略,笔者认为整合是有效路径选择和核心研究范式。目前,高职院校创新创业实践育人“功利化”“单一化”“管制型”“平行化”等整合困境凸显,基于此,我们需从“实然”现状出发寻求“应然”之道,从价值、主体、专业三方面努力构建高职院校创新创业实践育人网络化、嵌入式共同体整合之路。

How to build a community of innovation and entrepreneurship in educating students by practice in vocational colleges and implement the strategy of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”is the key for vocational colleges.The author believes that the integration is the effective choice and the core research paradigm.The paper argues that vocational colleges need to seek the way from the present situation to find how to implement innovation and entrepreneurship practice and construct integration community.
