中职实施工作过程系统化课程改革的困境与破解

摘要 工作过程系统化课程是在借鉴学习德国工作过程导向课程理念基础上进行本土化改造而来的。经过多年的实践发现,因行业企业参与程度不高、师徒传承不到位、师资培训体系不完善和课程评价体系不健全等问题,使工作过程系统化课程改革的推行依然艰难。据此提出应积极发挥行业协会的指导作用、在政策推动下促进校企深度融合、改进师徒学习方式落实现代学徒制、完善师资培训机制以及建立健全课程评价体系等策略。 The course of systematic work process is based on the localization of the concept of work-process-oriented curriculum in Germany.After many years of practice,it is found that the implementation of systematic curriculum reform in vocational colleges is still difficult because of the low degree of participation of enterprises in the industry,the lack of inheritance from masters to disciples,the imperfect teacher training system and the imperfect curriculum evaluation sys⁃tem.Based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward some strategies as giving full play to the guiding role of trade as⁃sociations,promoting the deep integration of schools and enterprises,improving the learning style between masters and disciples and implementing the modern apprenticeship system,perfecting the mechanism of teacher training and estab⁃lishing a sound curriculum evaluation system.
