血清游离脂肪酸水平与冠状动脉粥样斑块形成的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平与冠状动脉(冠脉)粥样硬化斑块形成的相关性。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年6月该院收治的590例住院患者的临床资料,基于电子病历系统收集相关资料,采用冠脉螺旋CT评估冠脉狭窄程度。将590例住院患者分为斑块组(322例)和无斑块组(268例),将322例斑块组患者分为狭窄大于或等于50%组(114例)和狭窄0~50%组(208例)。统计分析各组患者FFA水平的差异。结果斑块组患者FFA水平为(497±215)μEq/L,无斑块组患者FFA水平为(517±223)μEq/L,狭窄大于或等于50%组FFA水平为(489±216)μEq/L,狭窄0~50%组患者FFA水平为(503±215)μEq/L,各组患者FFA水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄、性别,是否服用他汀类药物,是否合并糖尿病患者FFA水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。FFA与其他传统危险因素无关(P>0.05),未发现FFA是冠脉粥样斑块形成的独立危险因素。结论FFA与冠脉粥样斑块的形成无关。 Objective To analyze the correlation between free fatty acid(FFA)level and the formation of coronary arterial atheromatous plaque.Methods The clinical data of 590 inpatient in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the related data were collected based on the electronic medical records.The coronary arterial stenosis degree was evaluated by using the coronary arterial spiral CT.Five hundreds inpatients were divided into the plaque group(n=322)and non-plaque group(n=268).Three hundreds and twenty-two cases in the plaque group were divided into the stenosis≥50% group(n=114)and stenosis 0-50%group(n=208).The differences in FFA levels among various groups were statistically analyzed.Results The FFA level in the plaque group and non-plaque group were(497±215)μEq/L and(517±223)μEq/L respectively;which in the stenosis≥50% and 0-50% group were(489±216)μEq/L and(503±215)μEq/L respectively.The FFA level had no statistical difference among various groups(P>0.05).In the comparison among different ages,between sexes,whether taking statins and whether complicating diabetes,the differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05).FFA had no relation with other traditional risk factors(P>0.05).It was not found that FFA was the independent risk factor of coronary atheromatous plaque formation.Conclusion FFA has no relation with coronary atheromatous plaque formation.
