高校校园文化建设途径探索——以贵州省L高校为例

Research on the Paths of Campus Culture Construction——Taking L University in Guizhou Province as an example

加强高校校园文化建设对高校自身的物质文化建设、精神文化建设、制度文化建设具有促进作用,对当代大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观具有积极的指导作用。文章力求通过对贵州省L高校进行个案研究,对高校校园文化建设途径进行研究。针对研究对象的特点,主要利用文献研究法、比较分析法、综合概论法进行研究。高校校园文化建设,首先要注重学术性、创造性和娱乐性的统一;其次要重视传播渠道的创新,发挥新闻舆论的影响力;再次要提高校园文化建设的系统性。

The study of campus culture construction in colleges and universities promotes the construction of material culture,spiritual culture and institutional culture,and strengthening the construction of campus culture plays a guiding role in the world outlook,outlook on life and values of contemporary college students.This paper tries to make a case study of L University,so as to explore the ways of campus culture construction.This paper mainly uses the comparative analysis method,the investigation method and the observation method.Through research,the construction of campus culture should first focus on the unity of academic nation,innovation and entertaining characteristics.Second,we should attach importance to the innovation of communication channels,exert the influence of news and public opinion,and improve the systematic construction of university culture.The construction of campus culture in colleges and universities should be highly valued by school leaders.Only by the joint efforts of all teachers and students can the cohesion and guidance of campus culture be brought into full play and a unique campus culture be created.
