乡村地区中小学英语教师培训中的突出矛盾及对策研究——以桂林师范高等专科学校“国培计划”“区培计划”实践为例 被引量:1

摘要 "国培计划"和"区培计划"自实施以来,对广西乡村中小学英语教师队伍素质和乡村基础教育质量整体水平的提高发挥了极其重要的作用。但在项目实施过程中,参训动机、培训对象、基地校角色、培训专家定位、教育行政部门职能等方面表现出了比较突出的矛盾。因此,应从发挥经济杠杆作用激发学习动力、完善信息化管理平台、创新实践的形式和内容、稳定专家队伍、增强教育行政部门服务意识五个方面入手,保障"两培计划"的可持续发展。 Since the implementation of National Training Program and Regional Training Program,these two programs have played a very important role in improving the quality of English teachers in primary and secondary schools and the overall level of basic education in rural areas of Guangxi.However,in the process of program implementation,the following conflicts are highlighted:the training motivation,the training objects,the role of the base schools,the orientation of the experts and the functions of the educational administrative department.Therefore,the sustainable development of the Two Training Programs should be guaranteed from five aspects,such as stimulating the learning impetus,perfecting the information management platform,innovating the forms and content of training practice,stabilizing the pool of experts and enhancing the service consciousness of the educational administrative department.
