摘要
为了提高Φ630 mm HFW直缝焊管生产线上使用的MC4型飞锯机的使用效率和运行水平,延长锯片的使用寿命,对影响锯片使用寿命的因素进行了分析。分析认为冷却和切削参数设置是影响锯片使用寿命的主要因素。分析结果表明,适当频次的喷、淋油冷却和合理的输入参数设置可以显著延长锯片的使用寿命,正常生产时每12 m(标准钢管长度)喷4次,单齿径向进给量为0.06 mm/齿,单齿周向进给量为0.11 mm/齿,切削线速度为200 m/min,同等生产条件下,每组锯片可多切割钢管398根,显著延长了铣切锯片的使用寿命,减少了锯片消耗,提高了钢管的成材率和一级品率,降低了生产成本。
In order to improve the efficiency and operation level of the MC4 flying saw used in the production line ofΦ630 mm HFW longitudinal welded pipe,and extend the service life of the saw blade,the factors affecting the service life of the saw blade are analyzed.The cooling and cutting parameter settings are the main factors affecting the service life of saw blade.The results show that the service life of saw blade can be significantly prolonged by proper frequency of the oil spraying cooling and the reasonable input parameters.In the normal production,spraying 4 times every 12 m(standard steel pipe length),the radial feed of single tooth is 0.06 mm/tooth,the circumferential feed of single tooth is 0.11 mm/tooth,and the cutting line speed is 200 m/min.Under the same production conditions,each group of saw blades can cut 398 more steel pipes,significantly prolonging the service life of milling saw blades,reducing the consumption of saw blades,improving the yield and first-class product rate of steel pipes,and reducing the production cost.
