平台思维视角下干部绩效考核的优化 被引量:2

摘要 从平台思维的视角看,现阶段干部绩效考核还存在视野不宽、统筹不够、信息化建设相对比较滞后等问题。促进平台思维在绩效考核中的运用,应突出“围绕中心、服务大局”的核心理念,综合统筹目标决策、助推发展、工作落实、绩效评价、研判干部等各方面,搭建“多项目整合、多需求复合、多功能融合”的绩效考核平台,进一步整合考核要素、优化资源配置、丰富功能载体,更好地形成考核助推经济社会发展、促进工作落实、激励干事创业的“乘数效应”。 From the perspective of platform thinking,there are still some problems in the current cadre performance appraisal,such as narrow vision,and relatively backward information construction.To promote the application of platform thinking in performance appraisal,we should highlight the core concept of“focusing on the center and serving the overall situation”,comprehensively plan the goal decision-making,work implementation,boost development,performance evaluation,research and judgment of cadres,build a performance appraisal platform of“multi project integration,multi demand composite,multi-functional integration”,further integrate assessment elements,optimize resource allocation,and enrich function carrier,better form“multiplier effect”of assessment to boost economic and social development,encourage people to do perform their resposibilities.
